Michael G. Bouchard was born in Colonie, New York on March 24, 1963. He was admitted to the New York State Bar on January 26, 1988 and thereafter was admitted to the United States District Court, Northern District of New York on March 8, 1989. His education includes The State University of New York at Albany (B.A. 1984) and Albany Law School (J.D. 1987). Mr. Bouchard is an active member of The Albany County Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. Mr. Bouchard is also a member of The Real Estate Section and The Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of The New York State Bar Association.
